Free ship:

                CANADA & USA: Orders over $99 CAD Free

CANADA:

  • Free shipping for any order OVER $99 (before taxes) in Canada and in the 48 Contiguous United States. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii and other areas).
  • Free shipping products are shipped using standard/ground shipping method.
  • Tennis balls, badminton shuttles, oversized items (such as: pickleball nets and posts, tennis nets and post, ball machine, etc. ) are not eligible for free shipping. 
  • Shipments may take 1-10 business days to arrive depending on location.
  • Expedited Shipping services are available at an additional cost.
  • The shipping cost for heavy items can be viewed in the shopping cart. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • The order total must be equal to or greater than $249.00 in other countries. (before taxes).
  • Free Shipping Policy is NOT valid for heavy items that are greater than 5 kg (11 lbs) (i.e. ball machines, stringing machines ,ball cases, nets).
  • International shipping rate will be automatically calculated during check out.
  • Your country may charge taxes and duties on international orders. These taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility.

  • The transit time is just an estimated time, and Smash Nation does not guarantee any shipping dates. Please contact us at info@smashnation.ca if you would like a quote for expedited shipping services. 
  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as a working business day.

Local Pickup & Delivery

For local customers, if you place an order in our online store, in addition to choosing to ship to you, you can also choose to pick up in store or local delivery at checkout,

 

Local pickup:

Items will only be on HOLD for 3 Months. After that we will put the item back for sale and the amount you paid will be used as store credit.  If you are not in town to pick up the items and would like us to hold longer please email info@smashnation.ca to let us know.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be able to track my order? 

All customers will be able to track their order. Each customer will receive a confirmation email upon placing their order and a second email when the product has been officially shipped. This confirmation of shipment will include a tracking number and a link so customers may track their order. If you don't receive a confirmation of shipment within 3 business days, please email info@smashnation.ca  

Where can I track my order? 

After you receive your confirmation shipping email with your tracking number, items can be tracked using the services of Canada Post.
